The name of our sake, "Takaisami," was given by the first-generation owner, a bird enthusiast, who was captivated by the majestic sight of a hawk soaring through the sky. Nurtured in the rich natural environment with the Sea of Japan before us and the Chūgoku Mountains, including Mount Daisen, at our back, we have consistently produced a refreshing, dry sake since our foundation.

Since our founding in 1983, our grilled chicken and chicken skin skewers have been our top-selling product, with over one million sold! Made from Tohaku-sourced chicken skin, the skewers are grilled to perfection, with the rich flavor of the skin perfectly complemented by a mildly sweet finishing sauce. This is a dairy cooperative established by dairy farmers who invested in and built their own dairy processing plant, creating an integrated system that covers everything from production to processing and sales. The cooperative processes milk from all over Tottori Prefecture and delivers fresh milk processed with a short time from milking to product completion. The Hakuyocho brewery was founded in 1893 (Meiji 26) . It is located in a picturesque rural landscape overlooking the Sea of Japan, at the foot of Daisen, the highest peak of the Chugoku Mountains. Using high-quality sake rice and the pure underground water of the Chugoku Mountains from its own well, the brewery crafts its sake with heartfelt dedication.

The museum showcases the history of Japan-Korea exchange and Korean culture. There are some experience areas where visitors can touch and play with traditional Korean toys and musical instruments, and you can try on traditional Korean attire, "Chima Jeogori."
