Additionally, the Akasaki-Tei Restaurant, run by the fisheries cooperative, opened in 2023. It offers meals and deli items featuring seafood caught locally.

Tōhaku Wagyu is a regional brand of Japanese Black cattle raised in the former Tōhaku Town (now Kotoura Town) in Tōhaku District, Tottori Prefecture. Carefully nurtured in the rich natural environment surrounding Mount Daisen, these cattle are raised with great care using fattening techniques honed over many years. The meat is renowned for its aroma and flavor when grilled. We offer carefully selected meats, including Tōhaku Wagyu and Tottori Wagyu.

The name of our sake, "Takaisami," was given by the first-generation owner, a bird enthusiast, who was captivated by the majestic sight of a hawk soaring through the sky. Nurtured in the rich natural environment with the Sea of Japan before us and the Chūgoku Mountains, including Mount Daisen, at our back, we have consistently produced a refreshing, dry sake since our foundation.

A local burger that ranked 4th nationwide and 1st in Tottori Prefecture at the 2011 Burger Festa! Its spicy curry and additive-free flying fish (ago) cutlet have gained a reputation, attracting many customers from outside the prefecture as well.

A large sign along Route 9 serves as a landmark. Yamamoto Otafukudo's "Furoshiki Manju" is a steamed bun made with brown sugar and wasanbon sugar, offering a nostalgic and gentle sweetness. We have maintained the same flavor since our founding in the first year of the Meiji era(1868).

The Hakuyocho brewery was founded in 1893 (Meiji 26) . It is located in a picturesque rural landscape overlooking the Sea of Japan, at the foot of Daisen, the highest peak of the Chugoku Mountains. Using high-quality sake rice and the pure underground water of the Chugoku Mountains from its own well, the brewery crafts its sake with heartfelt dedication.

On April 27, 2019, the "Kotonoura Interchange" on the San'in Expressway opened!! In addition to fresh seafood, you can also find souvenirs of Tottori Prefecture. There are dining area with various menus available, so please stop by! It was refurbished on April 1, 2022 to become even more convenient .

The museum showcases the history of Japan-Korea exchange and Korean culture. There are some experience areas where visitors can touch and play with traditional Korean toys and musical instruments, and you can try on traditional Korean attire, "Chima Jeogori."

This is a dairy cooperative established by dairy farmers who invested in and built their own dairy processing plant, creating an integrated system that covers everything from production to processing and sales. The cooperative processes milk from all over Tottori Prefecture and delivers fresh milk processed with a short time from milking to product completion. With the shared understanding that "good products can only be made from good raw milk," every workers is committed to producing safe and reliable products.
