Iwagaki oysters are precious seafood product caught in only few places along the Sea of Japan including Tottori prefecture. They are called "Sea milk" for their rich mineral and vitamin content. Among them, the specially selected Iwagaki oysters are sold under the brand name "Natsuki" by the Tottori prefecture fishermen's cooperative.
