Fododaki (Waterfall)
Fododaki (Waterfall) is a two-tiered waterfall that cascades from a height of approximately 32 meters over an andesite rock face. Since ancient times, it has been a place of worship for Fudo Myoo and is recognized as a site for ascetic practices. The waterfall opens on July 7th. It is considered a holy waterfall for men aged 42 and women aged 33, symbolizing a transformation from "yaku-doshi" (the age of misfortune) to "yaku-doshi" (the age of great leap forward).

Above the rock wall, this two level waterfall has a total height of 32 meters. Since old times, the waterfall is believed to be related to Acala, the Immovable God. The waterfall opens July 7th, and for men aged 42 and women aged 33, the waterfall is believed to bring good luck to these individuals and help them overcome what is thought to be an unlucky age.
