The bridge upstream looks beautiful when illuminated at night. It is also known as "Vallée de l’Amour" in French.
There is a gazebo on the sidewalk, and it is romantic to spend time there while hearing the sound of a river's flow.

In recognition of this connection, the French ambassador named it ‘Vallée de l’Amour’ (Bridge of Love between Japan and France).
There is a ceramic matchmaking Kajika frog in the center of the bridge, which is popular among tourists because it is said that stroking it brings good fortune. It is also a perfect spot for a break while strolling.
