The only surviving sake brewery in Misasa Hot Spring, founded in Kanbun 9 (1669). This sake brewery has been involved in aged sake brewing from an early stage, and currently ships sakes from different years. Representative sake brands include Misasa Masamune, White Wolf, and Mitokuzakura.
