Taikobo Char-Grilled Chaashu
This restaurant's most popular “Kurayoshi Miso Ramen” is based on a slow-cooked soup made from Tottori chicken bones, domestic pork bones, and plenty of seafood and vegetables, blended with local miso. Other varieties include the standard “Miso Ramen,” the bonito-flavored “Daiko Ramen,” and Kurayoshi's local delicacy, “Gyukotsu Ramen."
