The interior of this storied soy sauce shop, established in 1877, is a merchant's house with a sense of history. Soy sauce made using traditional methods is on display in the store. Some of the products are packaged in ceramics with designs of earthen storehouses, and the original “Soy Sauce Ice Cream” and “Soy Sauce Yokan” are also recommended as souvenirs.
