Akagawara Building No. 7 Gensui Sake Brewing Co.
Founded in Kaei era. This is the head office of the Gensho Sake Brewery, which has continued to produce excellent sake. Its taste is recognized not only locally but also nationally, and it has received many honors. The brewery is located about 5 minutes away by car, and sake brewery tours are popular, with easy-to-understand explanations and sake tastings.

Built during the Kaei period (1848-1854). This is the main building of the Gensui brewery, where delicious sake has been manufactured since the mid 1800’s. Known not only locally, the flavor of our sake is known nationwide, and has won many honorable awards. At a 5 minute car trip away from this location, one can taste our sake and have a tour of the facility.
