The Hakuyocho brewery was founded in 1893 (Meiji 26) . It is located in a picturesque rural landscape overlooking the Sea of Japan, at the foot of Daisen, the highest peak of the Chugoku Mountains. Using high-quality sake rice and the pure underground water of the Chugoku Mountains from its own well, the brewery crafts its sake with heartfelt dedication.
