Daisendaki(Falls)
Daisen Waterfall, selected as one of "Japan’s Top 100 Waterfalls" in 1990, was originally a three-tiered waterfall until the early Showa period, but it became a two-tiered waterfall due to a massive flood. The waterfall's current shape was further altered by the collapse caused by Typhoon Talas in 2011. A walking trail has been developed from Ikkoganaru, and the route with a crossing a suspension bridge is a popular hiking course. It takes about one hour each way. Visitors can also descend to the waterfall basin using a rope.

From the Ikkoganaru camp grounds it is a 1.8 kilometers, and makes a perfect hiking course. The bridges and stars located nearby all add to the beauty of the waterfall.
