The Great Ginkgo Tree of Tenpōrin-ji Temple
A towering tree with a height of 29 meters stands beside the main hall of Tenpōrin-ji Temple. At 10 meters above the ground, a large branch extends to the south, from which 16 chichi emerge. The tree's leaves turn a brilliant color in late November. It has been designated a Prefectural Natural Monument.
