Tohaku Meat
Tōhaku Wagyu is a regional brand of Japanese Black cattle raised in the former Tōhaku Town (now Kotoura Town) in Tōhaku District, Tottori Prefecture. Carefully nurtured in the rich natural environment surrounding Mount Daisen, these cattle are raised with great care using fattening techniques honed over many years. The meat is renowned for its aroma and flavor when grilled. We offer carefully selected meats, including Tōhaku Wagyu and Tottori Wagyu.
