Hiruzen Winery has been selecting and cultivating wild vine trees native to Hiruzen, bearing grapes with high sugar content and low acidity, and producing wine for over 10 years in Hiruzen Highland. The wild vine grapes indigenous to Japan have long been considered good for the body and have been noticed as a healthy drink as they contain eight times more polyphenols than ordinary grapes.
