Hiruzen Baikamo produces 1.5-2 cm pretty tiny white flowers that sway under the stream from June to September. You can only find them in the clearest sandy and gravelly streams in which water temperatures are low throughout the year. Only the leaves from Hiruzen are long among the Baikamo species, which is why it is named Hiruzen and is considered endemic to this area. People used to eat these by boiling and stir-frying in the Hiruzen area.
