Hiruzen Yuyu
Chicken used for Hiruzen Yakisoba is not the tough parent chicken, but tender young chicken. We want to make sure they are enjoyed by the elderly and children. It also contains plenty of vegetables. In addition to Hiruzen Yakisoba, Yuyu's specialty is “fried chicken,” which won the gold medal in the Western Japan Soy Sauce-based Tare (sauce) Category of the “7th Karaage Grand Prix.” The water we use at the restaurant comes from Shiogama Cold Spring. We are proud of our Ramune collection, too. Various other set menus are also available.
