Hiruzen Taisho (General Hiruzen)
Hiruzen Taisho is the only Genghis Khan (a grilled mutton dish) specialty restaurant in Hiruzen with a history and tradition of over 55 years in business.
The restaurant can seat up to 404 guests. Some of the popular seats are on the sky terrace seats with a view of Hiruzen Three Peaks and on the main terrace seats in the main building with a view of Mt. Daisen. Please enjoy Genghis Khan (a grilled mutton dish) while viewing the magnificent natural surroundings.
We also serve lighter items such as Hiruzen Okowa(glutinous rice), Soba noodles, Udon noodles, and soft serve ice cream with Jersey milk. Stop by for a break from sightseeing or touring.
