The facility includes shops selling local dairy products, specialties, handicrafts, and souvenirs, as well as restaurants full of local delicacies, including soft-serve ice cream, gelato, Hiruzen Yakisoba(stir-fried noodles with Miso source,) and Kaze-no-Ie ramen.
The Fresh Vegetable Market is also held outdoors, where local farmers bring in freshly picked vegetables, flowers, and plants for sale, including Hiruzen daikon radish and corn grown in the black soil land, and so is always crowded with people who know how fresh and inexpensive it is.
