The fluffy sponge cake is baked from freshly squeezed local Jersey milk and plenty of eggs and filled with the finest azuki beans from Hokkaido. A local Wagashi confectioner bakes and sells daily at the Hilsen Highland Centre. Enjoy hot and freshly baked Hiruzen Kogen Manju.
